Mar Sánchez

Head of Studies and Instructor at Air Hostess Málaga. Content Editor and Aviation Communicator.

Hello, I'm Mar! My career in aviation is the result of a clear vocation: becoming a Cabin Crew Member (CCM). Although I started my studies in Labor Relations, flying became my professional path.

For 17 years, I worked on board, five of which were as Cabin Chief on various aircraft, including the B-737, B-757, B-767, MD-80, A-320, and A-321. This period gave me a deep insight into flight operations, team management, and the importance of human relations in international environments.

I currently direct the training at Air Hostess Málaga as Head of Studies and Instructor. Furthermore, I apply my practical in-cabin experience, complemented by my specialization in Mentoring, Positive Psychology, and Emotional Management, to prepare future crews. My goal is clear: that every student develops their skills and enters the sector with confidence and rigor.

On the blog, I share my knowledge about life on board, operational procedures, and the keys to solid professional development. If you are looking for a realistic and practical perspective of the sector, based on years of flying and training, I invite you to read my posts. Because, as I always say: "To succeed, the true victory is overcoming yourself."
