AIRPLANE PILOT AND A PROSPER FUTURE

Boeing published its Pilot and Technical Forecast at the annual EAA AirVenture convention in Oshkosh, estimating that commercial aviation will need close to one and a half million pilots and aeronautical maintenance technicians in the next 20 years. An estimated 31,000 new pilots, 35,000 maintenance technicians and 40,000 flight attendants will be needed annually.

The European area along with Asia and the Pacific has become one of the largest commercial aviation markets in the world. The significant increase is due to regional economic development, free market and technological improvements in aircraft, which expand the opportunities for the sector. This is a good sign that makes the pilots training the key to keep up the needs of the airline’s companies.

With the Airline Pilot Program you will be prepared to meet the needs of any airline.

The generational change requires us to adapt to new training advances, which is why One Air is always in continuous investment in terms of technological advances. This generational change directly affects the retirements having a great impact on the demand for pilots. In the United States, the average age of an airline pilot is over 45 years and it is estimated that they will retire within the next 10 years, which explains one of the reasons why we are faced with the biggest pilots demand in history.
