FTTC COURSE

Airbus A320 & Boeing 737

Full Type Training Course

The ‘Full Type Training’ FTTC Course is aimed at students who have completed our Airline Pilot Programme with APS MCC.

This new course, designed and structured exclusively by One Air E-ATO 190, trains the student in a global and intensive way, to face the future real selection processes to work in an airline.

Our FTTC Full Type Training course provides an unprecedented insight and unique strategic advantage to our students. So they will have the opportunity to learn in detail the differences, similarities, generalities and particularities of the two aircraft preferred by airlines: the Airbus A320 and the Boeing 737.

What is FTTC?

Why was this new course created?

During the APS MCC course, which is completed within the Airline Pilot Programme, students learn to coordinate in a multi-pilot cockpit and understand the pilots’ roles within it (MCC Multi Crew Co-operation).

In addition, this phase of the training, allows to understand the standard required for airline pilots initially getting acquainted with Medium Jet A320 (APS Airline Pilot Standards).

After completing our Commercial Pilot and Airline Transport Pilot courses, all of our students will meet airline entry requirements. At this point, they will have to carry out a personal interview as well as theoretical knowledge and practical tests with the airline itself.

Then, they complete a Type Rating which, in most cases, is in an Airbus A320 or Boeing 737, the two most important and popular commercial transport aircraft in the world.

Precisely for this last reason in which the students face a Type Rating for the first time, we decided to create a course that not only helps the student to successfully pass the Type Rating within the airline, but that allows them to, more than adequately, carry out simulator based practical entrance tests required by airlines.

That is why we have created the FTTC Full Type Training Course, where the student will learn in a hands-on way the operational characteristics of the two aircraft most widely operated by the world’s airlines, the Airbus A320 and Boeing 737.

Additionally, the student will also reinforce the theoretical entrance tests and personal interviews for acceptance to an airline.
