During this morning, over One Air’s headquarters in Malaga city, a thunderous buzz has been flying over us. Today, 25th March 2021, we have been direct witnesses of the arrival of the Airbus A380, the largest passenger aircraft in the world with more than 500 seats, at Malaga International Airport.
This true colossus, which has not yet been authorised to land in Malaga, has been flying over the area carrying out manoeuvres and we have been able to see it in its lowest passes, thanks to our proximity to the airport.
In addition, our students have witnessed the GBASS approaches performed by the A380 from a privileged position on the runway, leaving us some spectacular images, as you can see in this post and on our Instagram and Facebook profiles.
In the coming months, with a view to the summer season, the protocol for super-heavy aircraft at Malaga Airport is expected to be approved, so we will soon be able to see them operating flights alongside our fleet of aircraft.
